This class is perfect if you want a really fun full body conditioning class.
You do not have to be able to do a handstand, or be anywhere near one.
Equally if you have a strong handstand but are looking to create the perfect line, this class will be fabulous for you!
People spend years working on handstand training, working with other likeminded people can help make the journey fun and get you super fit at the same time.
The class will consist of conditioning exercises and handstands (or bunny hops if that is where you are right now )
