We offer 30 minute class which are fabulous for beginners and those with limited time to meditate.

You do not have to know anything about meditaion,  you will be guided and supported through out the practice.

Please always enter and leave these classes in silence.

We offer 3 types of Meditation as described below:

Visualisation Technique

Visualisation is a technique that is used for focusing the mind, stress relief and personal development.

By imagining relaxing and positive experiences the body will respond by releasing chemicals that generate feelings of positivity.

Mediation and visualisation have the power to teach and heal. Everything is created twice in your experience. First  manifested in the mind and then in the world.

The benefits of visualisation depend on your intension. For example, goal oriented visualisation is the style of mediation that is advocated by certain celebrities such as Tony Robbins, Oprah, and Tiger Woods.

Visualisations can also be used to heal physical sickness, help improve work life and our relationships.

Heart Rhythm Meditation

Heart Rhythm Mediation is an advanced mediation originating 2000 years ago and has been updated with modern biology and physics. It is not connected to any one religion or tradition but is decidedly western in its approach and philosophy.

“Listen to your body. Value your mind. Honor your ego. Harness your emotions.

All things are part of you and you are part of all things.

Have a greater effect on our world than the world has upon you.

This is the mediation of our time.”

This is a guided meditation to connect to our hearts and all the other hearts.

Radiating love and compassion for ourselves and all the other people around us.

“I am part of all things and all things are part of me”. We do not seek to become nothing, we seek to become everything.

Zazen Meditation

Helping us to see things as they are.

The aim is just sitting, that is suspending all judgemental thinking and letting words; ideas, images and thoughts pass by without getting involved in them.

“Before enlightenment, chop wood, carry water. After enlightenment; chop wood, carry water.” – Buddha
