We have various different packages to suit individual needs so what we tend to recommend is you come along for your free trial and if you like us and you want to join us we can then have a chat about what would work best for you at the end of your trial.

There’s no joining fee, no session cancellation fee, and no fee if you decide to leave us.

Train once a week as an addition to your usual exercise regime or for maximum results exercise 2-3 times a week for a minimum total of 2.5 hours a week.
