Wellness Weekend Celebrations!

27th – 29th September at The Old Mill, 45 London Road, East Grinstead, RH19 1AW

In Celebration of the opening of the BeMoore Studio in the Heart of East Grinstead YOU are invited to our Community Wellness Weekend!

We are collaborating with The Engine Room and others, to deliver you a weekend of exciting new experiences, food, education, parties and more!

You can come along for one class, or the whole weekend!

The outline of the weekend will be as follows:

Friday 27th September – Wellness at Work Day

We are providing a range of classes to help the people of our town and businesses thrive.

Saturday 28th September – Introduction and Party Day

Sample all we have to offer and more, ending with a party!

Sunday 29th September – Family Fun Day

Friday the 27th Wellness at Workday

Book in for as much or as little as you wish.

Food options including: Jerk Chicken and Vegetarian rice chickpea & potato curry (by the Market Square)

12.00 – 12.30 Visualisation Mediation – To help you achieve your goals and dreams.

12.30 – 14.00 Talks, tips, tasters and Q&A from Alex at Elite Physical Rehab  (including footwear at work)

14.00 – 15.00 Occupational Health Talk from an Occupational Therapist.

  • Hints and tips on how to implement an efficient ergonomic environment
  • How to give support with Physical, psychological and cognitive challenges in the workplace
  • Q&A

15.00 – 15.30 Discussions on increasing Health & Wellness in your Business, create a healthier, happier and more productive workplace, reduce sickness and increasing productivity in the workplace:

15.30 – 16.00 Discuss the challenges we have with implementing wellness in the workplace.

16.00 – 16.30 How to Manage Stress and Anxiety in yourself and others by adopting a mindful approach.

16.30 – 17.00 Hint and Tips to manage stress responses:

12.30 – 17.30 Massage from Michelle Mertz ( hand, foot or shoulder massage 10 – 15 mins)

15.15 15.45 Handstands for Beginners

16.00 – 16.30 Blindfold Pilates

Move, dance, explore and be free! A great fun way to end the day, move-in any way you wish. A dynamic movement practice, a practice of being in your body that ignites creativity, connection, and community.

Sunday 29th Family Fun Day

Food By Secret Ingredient BBQ  – A mixture of vegetarian/ vegan and non-vegetarian, tortes, falafel curry, traditional BBQ, and salads!
