Becki Moore (Founder of BeMoore Pilates, Yoga & Personal Training created a business dedicated to supporting others- utilising her knowledge and experience. As a young child, she had been exposed to the world of health and fitness through her mother (being a Gymnastics Coach) and her father (a man of the outdoors). At the start of her journey (when she was 14), she started to teach Gymnastics-  which gave her the foundations to start BeMoore Pilates, Yoga & Personal TrainingIn her 20’s, her fascination developed from movement to food health (nutrition). She undertook advanced training in nutrition and began the fledgling version of BeMoore Pilates, Yoga & Personal Training . Simultaneously, she continued to evolve and expand her expertise to other fields (such as: rehabilitation, back pain, exercise referral and weight management). Furthermore, her appetite to help others strengthened as she undertook her Pilates teaching qualification and preceding this- her 200 hour YTT (she has now received 800 hours of YTT). Since then, Becki has created a successful business- accommodating to her students needs and helping her students grow in confidence. Her elite training provides a concoction of expertise and disciplines. She invites each student to connect with their bodies in an accessible and enjoyable way. Each student leaves her classes feeling stronger, flexible and accomplished. She works relentlessly to tailor each class to the needs of her students whom can choose whichever class is most suited for them.

In conjunction to her passion for movement, BeMoore Pilates, Yoga & Personal Training is deeply rooted in her mental health journey. After battling with bulimia and insomnia in her early 20’s, she dedicated much of her time utilising her knowledge in healing herself. Part of her mission is to educate others and provide support to those who seek it.
